Application Process – Next Steps

To complete your application process, please download and complete the appropriate application forms below and return them to us. Read the following instructions very carefully:

1. Everyone MUST complete this form: 1 – Enrollment Forms – ALL – vCellHins

2. Next, you must also choose ONE Of these Enrollment Agreements below:

Beginner / Low Level Students

If you have no previous experience in filmmaking / digital media (or only very little), use this form:

High / Advanced Level Students

If you have some or a lot of previous experience in filmmaking / digital media and you have examples of your work which you plan to submit to us later as a portfolio of previous work, use this form:

3. Create a scanned image of the following items. You can send as PDF or JPEG attachments or make a very clear photo using your smartphone etc:

  • photo ID. For example: Drivers License (U.S. students) or passport page (U.S. students or international students)
  • proof of previous education (example: Bachelor degree, Associates degree. The minimum education level we accept is: High School diploma or GED. Transcripts are not required, but if you prefer to send us transcripts instead of the final qualification you received, it must be official transcripts from the school, college, university or institution. Unofficial transcripts cannot be accepted.)
  • Social Security Card (U.S. students only). If you need a new or replacement social security card, contact the Social Security Administration through their website.

4. If you are an international student with an F-1 visa or plan to apply for the F-1 visa, you must ALSO download and read this form

5. if you are a Veteran who served in the US military (Army, Navy, Air Force etc.), we will need scanned images of your DD-214 document and Certificate of Eligibility from the VA. You can send as PDF or JPEG attachments or make a very clear photo using your smartphone etc.

How to Submit

Print out the forms. Complete them by hand using a pen. Send the completed forms and any other required items (photo ID, proof of previous education etc.) to us as email attachments. You can send as PDF or JPEG attachments or make a very clear photo using your smartphone etc.

When you complete the Enrollment Agreement, please write in the following term dates: according to the U.S. system of month/day/year (mm/dd/yyyy):

For Jan. 2019 Start

  • Term # 1: 1/14/2019 to 5/3/2019
  • Term # 2: 5/10/2019 to 8/26/2019
  • Term # 3: 9/4/2019 to 12/21/2019

OR

For May 2019 Start

  • Term # 1: 5/10/2019 to 8/26/2019
  • Term # 2: 9/4/2019 to 12/21/2019
  • Term # 3: 1/14/2020 to 5/3/2020

OR

For Sept. 2019 Start

  • Term # 1: 9/4/2019 to 12/21/2019
  • Term # 2: 1/14/2020 to 5/3/2020
  • Term # 3: 5/10/2020 to 8/26/2020
